We are almost done with Week One: Finding Yourself. Mistakes can teach you many things about yourself and the world around you. Often times we hold negative connotations around mistakes, but most mistakes can actually be beneficial experiences if we think about them the right way. Think about your past mistakes and what you have learned from them. You may have felt bad emotions about these mistakes before, but has there anything you’ve gained since then? Take some time to analyze the feelings you’ve held about taking risks and making mistakes. What are some different, more positive ways you can think about mistakes so that when they happen, they can actually serve you?
